Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable.

Social - In person Events

If you are no longer able to attend the date you originally booked you may change the name of your ticket, transfer it to someone else or transfer to a different venue within the next 3 months only (subject to availability).

We require at least 7 days notice to make changes to your booking. As final numbers are given to each venue 7 days in advance of our events we will not be able to accommodate changes after this time has lapsed. Changes can only be accommodated subject to availability.

Livestream & On Demand Tutorials

All our Online Events and Tutorials are available for up to 7/30 days depending on which ticket you purchase. Please be aware that all our online bookings are fully automated and access is automatically available/disabled. The Paintclub employees are unable to permit longer access and it is your responsibility to ensure you complete the tutorial in the time allowed.

Copyright and Reproduction of Paintclub paintings and tutorials: All tutorials and artwork created from our tutorials are intended for personal/educational use only. We do not allow unauthorised use of our Paintclub images, paintings and copyright to be sold for commercial gain.
